Abstract: With the music playing! Legendary music producer Clive Davis is selling his chic New York City flat for $5 million.

That's the same price the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer paid last year for his three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom in the landmark Tribeca building.

The flat boasts soaring ceilings and an elegant design, spanning 2,448 square feet.

Oak floors and Italian marble provide a high-end sheen, as do the kitchen's Miele appliances and waterfall island.

The building's pedigree is almost as famous as Davis himself.

Originally commissioned by the New York Life Insurance Company, the building was designed in 1899 by the renowned architectural firm of McKim, Mead & White.

The facilities here are first class and fit for A-list residents like Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.

If you are lucky enough to be here, you will enjoy the billiard room, cinema, swimming pool and roof terrace, as well as the steam and sauna rooms.

Multiple Grammy Award winner Davis is also hoping to sell his West Side Manhattan flat.

The stunning six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home in The Rushmore building has been relisted for $6.375 million.

According to Mansion Global, Davis sold his Park Avenue duplex in the ultra-luxurious Ritz Building last autumn for $4.2 million.

Davis, who just turned 90 in April, has nurtured and signed incredible musical talent during his decades in the business.

Among the songs he has crafted are Janis Joplin, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Whitney Houston, Billy Joel and Aerosmith.
